V roce 2005 bylo vydáno sdělení k ohlášení stavebních úprav a probíhalo jednání s orgány státní správy. V roce 2006 byla zajištěna statika a objekt byl nově zastřešen. O rok později už byla hotová i nová fasáda a okna, a v magický den a hodinu byl Zámeček 7.7. 2007 v 7:07 slavnostně zpřístupněn veřejnosti.
